Welcome back to Next Level, The Next’s WNBA podcast, hosted by Brendon Kleen, our Las Vegas Aces beat reporter.

In this week’s episode, we dive into the arrival of Candace Parker in Chicago, a move announced to much fanfare this week in a virtual press conference set off by remarks from Mayor Lori Lightfoot. It’s a move that could shake up the championship odds in the WNBA in 2021, but also will force the Sky to adjust. Joining us to sift through all of it is Nick Niendorf, the Sky beat reporter here at The Next.

Next Level will be back soon to take stock of the WNBA after another wild free agency period this month. And if you’re a subscriber, you get an exclusive, subscriber-only podcast next week!
