Megdal opens the show by featuring a conversation he had with Ann Meyers Drysdale, a retired basketball player and commentator. Megdal asks Meyers Drysdale what motivates her to continuously come back to the game. “I think the relationships,” Meyers Drysdale says. “Plus the fact that Cheryl [Miller] asked me to be an assistant coach with her. … She’s an unbelievable coach and an amazing person.”

Later on, Megdal asks Harvard head coach Carrie Moore what team phenom Harmoni Turner was able to show in the All Star Game. “I think she showed that she deserves to be here,” Moore says. “She is definitely one of the best seniors in the country. She did everything she needed to do.”

Megdal closes the show by asking various players, including Lucy Olsen of the Iowa Hawkeyes, to talk about their All Star Game experience and what they wanted to show scouts who were watching. “I just wanted to show my hard work, my team play, and get the W,” Olson says. “So, mission accomplished.”
