Megdal opens the show by recapping some of the action from Game 5 between the Lynx and the Sun. “Minnesota gets off to a big start, you know?” Megdal says. “And it’s tough to overcome…” As Megdal acknowledges, the Sun chipped away at the difference, but “Minnesota turned it on. … And this was not a contested game.”

Later on, Megdal focuses on the upcoming finals between the Lynx and the Liberty, and specifically shines a light on what the Liberty have to offer. “Well, [Jonquel] Jones just continues to amaze,” Megdal says. “Try and stop her. She’s 6’6.”

Megdal wraps up the show by hyping up the audience for the finals. “This Minnesota team is elite … this New York team is remarkable,” Megdal says. “Oh, it’s a tasty matchup.”
